A driveway starts
with a good plan.
Practical questions to help you prepare for a conversation with Monkey Masonry.
Measure the space you actually want
Write down the approximate length and width in feet. For an irregular driveway, sketch its sections instead of forcing the whole space into one rectangle. The planner supports circles, ovals, and connected rectangular sections. If you’re unsure, choose the help option and describe your idea without dimensions. Note whether you want to keep the current layout or change it.
Take four useful photos
- A wide view from the street showing the full driveway.
- The garage or house end and where the driveway meets it.
- Existing cracks, edges, and transitions to other surfaces.
- The route equipment would use to reach the work area.
Tell us about removal and use
Will the old concrete need to come out? Is the space used for everyday cars, heavier vehicles, or extra parking? Share these details so we can discuss the right scope. Drainage, preparation, reinforcement, and finish also affect the project.
Planning across our service area
We discuss projects in Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Ripon, and Modesto. Give us the actual project location so we can confirm availability and account for travel and removal logistics.
